What was once a smooth, shiny, mirror of a surface becomes roughers through the abrasions of normal use. This dulling is caused when sealant, especially ‘wet look’ sealer, wears away. Where once the gleaming tiles may have brightened a room, this reflective surface inevitably becomes diminished.
